Michael Petrucelli is a widely-recognized expert in immigration, travel, and security policy, having served as Deputy Director and Acting Director of US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) in the US Department of Homeland Security. He is also an industry leader in the automation of the immigration application process, and is the inventor of record for US Patent 8,244,659.
Mr. Petrucelli is also intimately familiar with the United States’ international trade markets and government export assistance programs. He served as Senior Vice President for Operations and Chief of Staff at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. His experience in international trade is buttressed through his terms as Executive Director of the US-Thailand Business Council and as Director for Thailand, Burma, and Financial Services at the US-ASEAN Business Council. As a Foreign Service Officer with the US Department of State, Mr. Petrucelli was assigned to the US Embassy in Bangkok, Thailand, the Bureau of Intelligence and Research in Washington, DC, and the US Consulate General in the Netherlands Antilles.
Mr. Petrucelli holds a master’s degree in business administration from Goizueta Business School, Emory University, and studied international business at Nijenrode University in the Netherlands. He also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Trinity College in Hartford, Connecticut.
Martin is a senior executive with 20 years in P&L ownership roles driving strategy, growth, and program performance; achieving year-over-year double-digit growth. He was promoted within Northrop Grumman 5 times to ever-increasing responsibilities, overseeing all elements of P&L to include: Operations, BD, Programs, Engineering, Manufacturing, and all other cross-functional elements, with employee counts over 500 and yearly revenue of $600M. Martin is an expert in strategic growth and capture winning over 50 prime contracts at a program value over $1B. He has run enterprise organization at 4 major locations in the US and one in the UK and Australia.
Martin has extensive experience in Digital Ecosystems, Additive Manufacturing, 5G Networks, Enterprise Network Operations, Space and EW Systems for multitude of customers to include US Space and Air Force, US Army PEO EIS, DARPA, OSD RD&E, all large Tier 1 defense contractors and commercial companies like Nokia, Apple, and AT&T.
Martin received an MBA from George Mason University, MA in Information Technology from Webster University and BS in Industrial Engineering from Northwest Missouri State University.
Joe has over thirty years of experience in the defense, aerospace sectors including service as a Naval Officer and as EOD and photo intelligence in Reserve service. His private sector experience is varied and extensive across a broad a range of Fortune 100 firms. His current work includes business and corporate development for large and small companies in the US and NATO space. His customers range from aviation and space startups to corporate growth analysis to service on several Boards and a DHS advisory telecom panel.
Joe is a decorated U.S. Navy Veteran. He is an NROTC scholarship graduate of the University of Rochester with post graduate study at American University. He also completed study at the US Navy Justice School.
