Juan Sims / President and CEO

Juan Sims

Juan Sims is a Management and IT Consulting professional with over 20 years of military and federal agency experience. He provides cutting edge thought leadership supported by inter-disciplinary best practices to help improve clients' daily performance and results. He ensures Leaders receive a full spectrum of tools/techniques to seamlessly integrate people, processes, policies, and technology in order to successfully achieve stated organizational goals.

Juan and his team are guiding USFS to become the premier mid-tier IT and Management consulting firm that government organizations call on FIRST to solve the hard problems while delivering results on time and within budget. He leads with the following values:

Juan is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army. He received his B.S. from Furman University and holds several certifications to include PMP, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Agile.

Greg Cambareri / Executive Vice President

Greg Cambareri

Greg is a management consulting executive and entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience supporting federal government agencies and Fortune 500 companies. At U.S. Federal Solutions (USFS) Greg is responsible for setting company direction, developing strategic goals and growth objectives with a focus on business transformation solutions for defense and civilian missions.

Greg has extensive experience providing subject matter expertise in strategic planning, financial management, performance management, and IT modernization. Greg has successfully led multiple multi-vendor programs across the Department of Defense and Department of Homeland Security and has been recognized for his outstanding contributions to program successes.

Prior to joining U.S. Federal Solutions Greg provided entrepreneurial and business transformation support in opening new technology offices in London, Zurich, and Madrid.

Greg received his MBA from Duke University, MS in Geophysics from North Carolina State University, and BS in Physical Sciences from Western Carolina University. Greg is also a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).

V. Nelson Smither / Vice President of Sales and Delivery

Nelson Smither is a seasoned Sales and Delivery Executive with over 25 years of global business leadership experience. He is a passionate business development and organizational transformation strategist.  Nelson has strong history of client and corporate success, winning and delivering large complex programs. He has consulted for numerous industry verticals to include aerospace and defense, federal civilian, state and local government, international agencies, and the commercial sector.

Throughout his career Nelson has supported a diverse client base and cultivated strong strategic business alliances worldwide. He has a proven track record of leading small, mid-sized, and large for-profit organizations, as well as numerous non-profit entities. Business transformation, corporate growth strategy, planning, and execution are amongst his many passions.

Nelson is a charismatic public speaker, orals coach, and occasional adjunct professor to higher education institutions.  He maintains active Project Management Professional (PMP) credentials from the Project Management Institute (PMI) and is certified Federal Acquisitions Community, Program/Project Manager (FAC-PPM) instructor.

He is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Navy Intelligence community, U.S. Army National Guard Special Operations, and has supported U.S. and NATO forces as a civilian contractor in austere combat zones around the globe.  Nelson received his B.S. from the University of New York, Regents College with post graduate studies at George Washington University and the University of Maryland.

Jason Corwin / Service Delivery Manager

Jason Corwin

Jason Corwin is an accomplished and highly experienced Senior Service Delivery Manager with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and delivering exceptional results. With over 20 years of expertise in the IT industry, Jason has established himself as a trusted leader known for his strategic thinking, strong problem-solving abilities, and ability to foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and contracts. Jason's expertise extends beyond service delivery, as he possesses a keen business acumen and a solid understanding of ITIL best practices, project management methodologies, SCRUM Master, Lean Six Sigma, and other industry standards.

Jason's journey began at the age of 18 when he enlisted in the U.S. Army to further explore his passion for all things tech. Through two tours in Iraq and leading his troops, receiving the Bronze Star, he honed his abilities to manage large-scale projects with confidence and ease in any situation. Throughout his career, Jason has successfully managed complex service delivery operations for leading organizations, ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups. He has a deep understanding of end-to-end service management, including service design, transition, and ongoing service delivery. Jason is known for his customer-centric approach, always striving to exceed client expectations by delivering high-quality services.

Jason is a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army with a unique blend of technical expertise, management, and a passion for professional service delivery. He received his master’s degree from Colorado University and currently holding a PMP, Certified Scrum Master, Lean Six Sigma and ITILv3 certifications. Jason is prepared to make a significant impact and contribute to the success of all our clients and our people.

Michael Case / Director of Talent Acquisition

Michael Case

Michael Case is a seasoned Talent Acquisition leader with over 23 years of experience. At U.S. Federal Solutions Michael is responsible not only for leading talent acquisition, but he is also responsible for overall employee engagement.

He is energized to find new and emerging talent pools to strengthen diversity hiring outcomes and create equitable career pathways for all talent. He is passionate about increasing talent capabilities.

He has over 20 years of experience in talent acquisition, human resources, people operations and personnel management. Driven by curiosity, he has a strong passion for innovation and unique approaches to employee engagement.

Michael is entrusted with maintaining the happiness of employees, whether it be through creating a work environment employees look forward to, perks, or compensation.

Additionally, Michael has supported federal programs in the areas of Information Technology, Cyber, and Intelligence supporting cleared opportunities for DOJ, DoD, DIA, Military, DHS, & other Federal Government agencies. He also has experience in Business Development and Account Management.

Dr. Andrew Uscher / Director of Quality Management

Dr. Andrew Uscher

Andy is a former Air Force Officer and Senior Executive (ES-3) in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. After retirement from active duty, he worked for Deloitte, Language Line, and LMI. His experience included helping establish the all-volunteer armed forces, changing the intelligence priorities within DIA, sponsoring the automated fingerprint identification system within the FBI, heading up the Critical Infrastructure Review, setting up DFAS within DoD, recommending the establishment of DHS, and writing the telework policy for DoD. Andy has provided subject matter expertise in management analysis, human capital, budgeting, and national security affairs to DoD and the FBI.

Andy is a decorated U.S. Air Force Officer.  He received his MBA from Wharton and his Doctorate in Public Administration and National Security Policy from George Washington University. He was a Professor of Public Administration and National Security Policy at George Washington University and George Mason University.

Natashia Hunter / Human Resources Manager

Natashia Hunter

Natashia has over ten years of successful human capital and administrative experience to include subject matter expertise in organizational effectiveness, workforce analysis and optimization, employee training, as well as performance appraisals and awards.

Natashia supports our efforts in hiring the best talent, developing our employees, and optimizing performance with an emphasis on employee engagement, workplace improvement, and reinforced accountability through performance reviews - all while preparing our workforce for future needs.

Natashia is a veteran of the United States Army where she served as a division paralegal and cadre of The Judge Advocate General’s Legal Center and School Judge Advocate Officer Basic Course.  Natashia deployed to Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was nominated for the Sergeant Eric L. Coggins Award of Excellence.

Natashia is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Liberty University with a major in Business Management.
